1 tsp liquid nigari 500 ml cold soy milk Add nigari to soy milk and stir. Pour into heat-proof bowls and cook (in a water bath or steamer) until it sets like custard.

I'm a geek...pure and simple. I could survive for 1 minute, 51 seconds chained to a bunk bed with a velociraptor. I deeply enjoy my caffeine addiction since it is my only real vice. I make friends quickly using my jedi mind tricks to trick people into thinking I'm more fascinating then I actually am. I'm a big mixed up jumble of inconsistencies that somehow all manages to balance out. Above all else, I'm a wandering ninja monkey. 'Nuff said! :)
