You’d think my coworkers were currently under the tender mercies of a Cardassian military interrogator. I’ve never heard a group of people bitch so much about lights being on. For the first time in three years, I can actually see the floor. Granted, it’s not a pretty sight…but I can still see it. I am interested to see if this has any impact on how I sleep tonight. I have this theory that my day-to-day life as a cave bat has removed the very small semblance of a circadian rhythm that I once possessed. I look forward to when we move into the new building and we will have the lights on all the time. I never had myself pegged for a daywalker, but spending three years working in a dank hole really brings out the light-lover in me.
